How Events are Sorted:

First, at the top of the list: Disaster Hotline & Oregon Safe + Strong Helpline.

Next in the list: Bundled “All Day” Events for organizations with events happening at multiple times throughout the day and/or in many formats or locations; these are bundled into a single listing to prevent endless scrolling.  Usually these offer a lookup by zip code or other criteria.

Lastly, Time-Specific Events listed by start time from 12:01am early morning to 11:59pm late night.  Warmlines and places east of Oregon’s time zone tend to start earlier (e.g. 4am in Oregon is 7am in New York).

THP – Trauma Healing Project – Expression Through Art – Fridays @ Online via Zoom
Oct 29 @ 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm

The Trauma Healing Project

Improving individual and community health and wellbeing

We are pleased to offer:

Expression Through Art
This class will be offered through Zoom

Fridays 4-5pm PST

Expression through Art meets Firdays from 4pm – 5pm. We hope to see you there! If you need more information about the group, other THP services, or about using Zoom, please continue reading below.

Art supplies: Please bring paper and something to draw with. (pens, colored pencils, markers, pencils, etc.)

About fees:

Many of us are on fixed incomes and unable to pay fees at this time – please come anyway! If you can pay a fee, know that it makes a difference and helps us cover our costs. The break-even fee (what it costs us to provide the service) is $10 per person and our system allows for a sliding scale. If you are going to pay a fee, please pay the amount (more or less) depending on your life circumstances.

If you are able to pay a fee, please go to:

www.healingattention.org/happayment

If this is your first time connecting with The Trauma Healing Project, a welcome registration is requested as well at: https://healingattention.org/welcome

Join Zoom Meeting:

https://us02web.zoom.us/j/93983769829

Using Zoom:

  1. If you’ve never used Zoom on your device, clicking on the link will take you to a download page for the app you’ll need to install. Once you do that it should be a one-step process each time afterwards. Sometimes I have to click on the link twice to help it see I actually DO have the app installed. Feel free to do it ahead of time when you have a minute to play with it.
  2. Once you get in to zoom via the link, you’ll be in a waiting room. One of the group facilitators will let you in to the main room.
  3. It’s fine to use a phone and the dial in number to call in to the group, but using the phone (for audio) and a computer (for video) at the same time can be buggy. Let us know if you’ll be needing to do that though, so we can plan well.
  4. We will NOT be recording the group and no one else will have the ability to either.

Again, please do not hesitate to come because of your financial situation – your presence in the group is priceless and we want you here!

If this is your first time connecting with The Trauma Healing Project, a welcome registration is requested as well at: https://healingattention.org/welcome

Using Zoom:

THP – Trauma Healing Project – Expression Through Art – Fridays @ Online via Zoom
Dec 17 @ 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Using Zoom:
