Webinar: “Beyond Our Battles: Coping with Chronic Illness and Disability” with Martel Catalano

When: October 6, 2020 @ 1-2pm PST/ 4-5pm EST

What: Beyond Our Battles: Coping With Chronic Illness and Disability

Living with an illness or disability is rife with emotion. It’s not uncommon to feel ashamed, alone, anxious or sad when faced with a diagnosis, new or old. In this webinar, we will discuss how we can move through the common emotions of having an illness/disability and how to meet them with greater curiosity and compassion. It is an opportunity to explore personal limiting beliefs born out of health challenges, identify our unique triggers that set off negative patterns, and learn about ways to effectively communicate with family, friends, or caregivers. Open to anyone managing any kind of illness, disease, or disability at any stage.

This live webinar will be conducted on Zoom at 4pm EDT on Tuesday, October 6th. The webinar link will be emailed to participants within twenty-four hours of your registration. Registration for this live webinar closes at 3pm EDT on October 6th. Please note that participation in the live webinar on Zoom is limited to the first 1,000 attendees. We will also be live-streaming this program on our Youtube.

Your support matters. Our vision for a more just, compassionate world has never felt more urgent.
