L4L – Lines For Life – Queer, Trans, and Non-Binary Wellness Room – Wednesdays

Queer, Trans, and Non-Binary Wellness Room

Wednesdays 3:00PM PST

Lines for Life is pleased to offer free, peer-facilitated Oregon Helpers Wellness Rooms for frontline & healthcare workers, and anyone in a helping role. We are here to prioritize your needs and support your wellness as you engage in this meaningful and challenging work.

Join us in the Queer, Trans, and Non-Binary Virtual Wellness Room every Wednesday at 3 pm Pacific. To register, please contact Stacey Bergland at Staceyb@linesforlife.org.

These weekly drop-in sessions are a space for connection with one another as well as exploring tools for stress reduction, self-care and wellness. Together, we can take time to focus on our own wellness and connect with others who have similar experiences.

You’re dedicated to helping others, and we’re dedicated to helping you.

We support each participant through developing a toolkit of strategies to care for themselves

while surrounded by support, wellness guidance and connection with others. We know that

building self-care skills is a necessary step in avoiding burnout and sustaining our ability to

provide care for others – let’s do what it takes to support each other!
