NAMI Clackamas Connection Recovery Support Group
Wednesdays 2:00pm-3:30pm PST

NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group is a free, peer-led support group for adults living with mental illness. Participants learn from one another’s experiences, share coping strategies, and offer mutual encouragement.

What the program provides:

  • A safe space to confront the challenges that all individuals living with mental illness face, regardless of diagnosis, including low self-esteem, social isolation, dual diagnosis, stigma, and discrimination.
  • A chance to share experiences and use them as learning opportunities.
  • Trained facilitators who are in recovery themselves and who understand your challenges and can offer hope and encouragement.
  • Confidentiality—you can share as much or as little personal information as you wish.
