More than 150,000 marchers — pipe and drum bands, Irish cultural societies, community organizations, and civic groups — step off at 11:00 AM ET from 44th Street and march north to 79th Street. Ireland’s National St. Patrick’s Day Parade returns to the streets of Dublin from Parnell Square on March 17, 2026. Featuring 12 large-scale floats, over 3,000 participants, Irish and international marching bands, street theatre, and dance, the 2026 parade theme is “Roots” — honoring Irish identity, heritage, and shared community.
