Moderation Management is a secular nonprofit that offers free virtual peer support to anyone who wants to change their relationship with alcohol — whether the goal is reducing binge drinking episodes, drinking within safer limits, or stopping entirely. MM is uniquely designed for non-dependent problem drinkers and does not require commitment to full abstinence. The program uses a nine-step cognitive behavioral change framework to help members take personal responsibility, recognize harmful patterns, set their own drinking goals, and build lasting habits. Meetings are drop-in, judgment-free, and led by volunteer facilitators. Over 30 meetings take place each week via Zoom — find one that fits your schedule below.
