PEER SUPPORT MEETINGS
LifeRing Canada Online — How Was Your Week? Wednesday Meeting
Every Wednesday · 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM PT · via Zoom · FREE
Connect with peers in a confidential, judgment-free space for honest conversations about your recovery journey. LifeRing welcomes people of all cultures, identities, faiths, and none to gather together and support each other’s substance-free journeys.
Each session is led by a trained Convenor — a volunteer who is personally in recovery. After a short opening, the Convenor asks the theme question, “How Was Your Week?” Participants take turns sharing recovery successes and challenges from the past week, and any concerns for the week ahead. Dialogue, feedback, and mutual support are encouraged after each share.
Meetings are confidential — what is said and who attends stays in the room. There is no requirement to label or identify yourself. Use of “I” statements is encouraged. All recovery paths are respected; everyone’s journey is unique.
Meetings are free of charge. Voluntary donations to cover Zoom and operating costs are welcome. Attendance can be credited by courts and treatment programs.
